Common questions

My council is not supported yet

We are adding councils across Australia. In the app you can tap "notify me when my council is added" to register interest, or check the council coverage page. You can also email us the council or area you would like next.

My bin day or collection looks wrong

Schedules come from councils' own data and can occasionally be out of date, so always confirm with your council. If something looks off, email us your suburb or address and what you expected, and we will look into it.

Reminders are not showing up

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device, so make sure notifications are enabled for BinsOut in your device settings and that you have opened the app at least once after your last collection.
